Craig came to Pinpoint with over 35 years of industrial experience in the high tech and component industry. Early in his career, he was a design engineer involved with mechanical systems used in the oceanographic industry. Craig then served as Operation Manager for a cable and control manufacturing firm.
Later in his career, Craig transitioned into a more sales oriented role as the National Sales Manager in the human to machine interface industry. For the next fifteen-plus years, his career centered around sales, technical products, and sales management.
Craig and his family reside in Rockport, Mass; and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, working on house projects, and playing guitar with his band.

Eric Harmony has over 40 years of engineering & manufacturing proficiency. Early career years focused on concurrent design and manufacturing for the defense and aerospace industries. While also being an owner in a multi-division family machine & fabricating business. Transitioning to Medical engineering, Eric spent 20 years developing novel solutions to Orthopedic Joint & Spinal disorders. Achievements resulted in revolutionary spine implant technology to reduce disc herniations and fusion surgeries.
Engineering development/studies for mechanical and biomechanical developed through universities such as Wentworth, Northeastern, and WPI. Manufacturing with engineering has always been a cohort of collaboration and passion for Eric. Consulting and development of machine and fabrication businesses for sale to customers or OEM stakeholders. From design to manufacturer, Eric likes to take a pragmatic and "on-floor" approach transitioning product development into manufacturing production.
Other areas of interest include New England seasonal sports activities, sports car racing, and equestrian and motorcycles. Engineering and manufacturing are always involved in any activity. Eric holds an SCCA & NASA Road Racing license, teaches, and volunteers as an instructor as well as competes.
James is our production manager and joins our team with 10 plus years of management experience in technology fields and over twenty years of experience with electro mechanical repair. James studied graphic design and photography at Framingham State University before turning his concentration towards more technical fields.
James currently resides in Gloucester Massachusetts. In his free time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, taking photography trips and spending time with his family and Pugs.
Ken has over 30 years experience in electro-mechanical engineering. He served in the United States Air Force for four years and received hands-on training in electro systems and maintenance. Prior to joining Pinpoint, Ken was Vice President of N&N Manufacturing, a cable and harness manufacturer for the medical industry.
Ken joined Pinpoint in 1998 and works with many Pinpoint customers on their applications and recommending solutions. He is involved with the development of new Pinpoint products and manufacturing systems. Outside of work, Ken loves cars and you will find him cruising the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire in one of his favorite cars.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented administrative professional, Michelle Ricci has been meeting the office needs of corporations and individuals in the North Shore area for the past 20 years. She currently is our Office Admin for Pinpoint Laser Systems handling large-volume administrative and shipping services for the company. She specializes in preparing asset, product and capital account management and analysis as well as analyzing financial options through risk and benefit options. With her wonderful analytical mind as well as careful computational skills, she is able to perform precise task, ensuring that all company transactions and decisions are accurately represented.
Mory Creighton has over 35 years of experience in business development, marketing, and engineering primarily in the mechanical, electrical, and optical areas. He began his career in the financial industry and quickly moved to OPTRA, Inc. developing and marketing high precision, laser measuring products for industrial companies and the Federal government.
Mory founded Pinpoint Laser Systems to design, develop, market, and manufacture a broad line of precision measuring and alignment products that improve manufacturing efficiency and address industrial alignment needs. Mory remains actively involved with the company's management with a particular focus on growth and the development of new industrial products and markets. Outside of work, Mory enjoys sailing, skiing, hiking, and woodworking and serves on several volunteer boards and community groups.

Travis Brown is a member of the Pinpoint team. He joins our team with a background in automotive and local business marketing and has continued to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends. Between making sure our website is following the best SEO practices, to photography and video production, to trade show organization, Travis has helped our company stay up to date in the rapidly changing digital age.
On Travis' free time he can always be around water, warm or frozen. In the summer he can be found in the ocean around Gloucester and Ipswich boating with his friends and family. In the winter he will be monitoring the snow forecast to figure out which ski resort will have the best weekend skiing.
