The Company was started in 2005 when two construction professionals decided to form their own company. One was a formally trained engineer with Native-American roots and the other, a military veteran with Mexican-American heritage, a less traditional education and a family history of entrepreneurship. Their goal was to ensure 'first time quality of work" that exceeded their client's prior construction expectations. Under their leadership, the company grew rapidly into a multi-divisional organization with site construction as their emphasis but with development, transport, mining and woodworking as adjunct services... 2008 brought the country's economic and construction decline with devastating results to Paragon as with everyone else. The company divested itself of all facets other than construction site work, sold many holdings and shrunk to a tiny nucleus of core personnel.
