At iEnable Services we aim to train people with disabilities to do work in the home and garden maintenance industry. We will train them on the job... We're a team of passionate disability service professionals who believe that we have identified a gap in the services available to people with disabilities. Increasingly, people with disabilities are being encouraged to join in with everyone else in the community. One area where they are increasingly visible is in mainstream schooling. TAFE colleges and other private Registered Training Organisations are now heavily patronised by people with disabilities as they gain qualifications and skills that make them jobready. What is missing is work experience that allows the trainee to demonstrate their skills, their work ethic, their abilities! At iEnable we aim to offer training to people with disabilities, actually doing the job and being paid for it.
