Chad Jacobson became the fifth U SPORTS head coach in program history on April 1, 2023.
Jacobson comes to the 'Pack from the University of Saskatchewan where he has served as lead assistant coach of the Huskies since 2015. Alongside his eight years of experience as a full-time assistant, Jacobson took the reins of the Huskies as acting head coach from March - June of 2022. During his time as acting head coach he led Saskatchewan on a remarkable playoff run that included a Canada West bronze medal and U SPORTS silver medal finish.
Prior to taking the lead assistant role with the Huskies, Jacobson was also an assistant coach with the program for two years. During his nine seasons in Saskatchewan, Jacobson and the Huskies qualified for the Canada West postseason seven times, earning 101 conference victories over that time frame and qualifying for the U SPORTS National Championship tournament three times.
Jacobson also brings experience coaching at the professional level, having served as both head and assistant coach of the Saskatchewan Rattlers in the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
Prior to joining the Huskies, Jacobson served as head coach at Neelin High School in his hometown of Brandon, MB and also spent a season as an assistant coach with the Brandon University Bobcats.

Clark was hired as the head coach of TRU's men's basketball program in 2010, becoming the third head coach in the WolfPack program's Canada West history.
Since his arrival, the TRU men's program has improved year after year. In the 2015-16 season, he led the WolfPack to their first Canada West divisional title in the Explorer Division and their first-ever berth to the U SPORTS Basketball National Final 8 en route to being named the conference coach of the year. After rebuilding the program upon his arrival to Kamloops, Clark and the 'Pack qualified for the Canada West playoffs in six out of the seven seasons from 2013-2020.
Clark has coached 10 Canada West All-Stars, as well as winners of both the Canada West and U SPORTS Defensive Player of the Year and Student-Athlete Community Service Award winner.
Prior to joining the 'Pack Clark spent 15 years with the Simon Fraser University Clan, leading their men's basketball team. Under his leadership, the team made the playoffs ten years in a row. Clark holds a Master's degree in coaching. He attended the National Coaching Institute in Victoria, BC and has been a U SPORTS coach for over 20 years. He is married to his lovely wife, Carla and has two stepsons, Brett, who played five years with the WolfPack, and Cole, who ran for one season with the TRU cross country team. Clark is very committed to his player's success on and off the court along with their involvement in the community.

Joining the WolfPack in 2022-23, Todd Warnick is the fourth coach to lead the 'Pack during their Canada West tenure.
Warnick joins TRU after spending the past 12 seasons as head coach of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Ooks women's basketball program. During his run with NAIT, Warnick has helped the team claim an Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) championship, a silver medal as well as a pair of bronzes, while also finishing third in the nation in 2015-16 at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) championships.
Prior to joining NAIT, Warnick was head coach of the Concordia University of Edmonton from 2006-2009 where he led the Thunder to a ACAC Championship in 2007-08 and was named the ACAC Coach of the Year in 2006-07.
Warnick's first head coaching job at the college level came with the men's program at Vancouver Island University from 2001-06, a tenure that included a national bronze medal in 2004-05.
Alongside his work as a head coach, Warnick also serves as a mentor coach in the Coaching Association of Canada's Female Apprentice Coach Program.
