Curtiss Mansion, Inc. (CMI), a duly registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, all-volunteer Florida corporation, was established in 1998, and entered into a contract with the City of Miami Springs to raise funds to restore the Curtiss Mansion and then to manage the rehabilitation of the structure.
