Mr. Archibald serves as the Executive Vice President of Development for the Clover Group and oversees site acquisition and development activities. Dave joined the Clover team in 2021 and brings over 25 years of real estate experience involving acquisitions, development and asset management. His experience includes both single and multi-family residential, senior housing, medical office, and commercial projects located in the major markets of both the east and west coasts, and Oahu, Hawaii. This experience includes working within publicly traded institutions as well as privately held ventures. Prior to joining Clover, Mr. Archibald served as the Division Vice President of Land Development for Lennar covering the Virginia, West Virginia, and Southern Maryland markets.

Emily also works closely with Clover's site teams; successfully directing the preleasing, opening, and stabilizing of 27 properties in her 9 years with the company. Prior to her current position as Vice President, she launched Clover's Compliance Department; implementing policy, procedure, and structure within the growing portfolio. A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, she holds a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Languages. He is responsible for all financial aspects of Clover Management and Clover Construction Management, including project financing, investor relations, bank relations, cash management, budgeting, tax implications, and other government reporting. He also oversees the daily operations of Clover Management Inc. and Clover Construction Management Inc. and has implemented company-wide policies and procedures to keep the Clover group expanding and growing each year. His experience includes a diverse background in varying market sectors and regions. Prior to joining Clover Management, Ms. Bui worked as an Associate for Gross, Shuman, Brizdle & Gilfillan, P.C. where she focused her practice on commercial real estate, corporate and tax controversy matters.
