Jay Gravatt is the owner and president of Rocking J Constriction, Inc. He has been in the roofing industry for over 18 years and is a certified roof inspector as well as a former insurance adjuster.
Jay started Rocking J in 2009 because he saw a strong need for reliable, trustworthy, and most importantly insured roofing contractors in Texas. Since Texas does not have any regulations or licensing requirements for roofing contractors, Jay knew homeowners needed a safe and fully insured alternative to the plethora of unlicensed and uninsured contractors in North Texas.
Since starting the company, Jay has helped hundreds of Texas homeowners avoid getting ripped off by unlicensed companies peddling low-quality materials and insurance scams. Through his dedication to helping each and every customer, Jay has provided countless Texas homeowners with quality roofing, gutter, and home insulation services.
In his free time, Jay enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing golf, and spending time by the lake.
I enjoy being able to assist the home owner by taking the worry and difficulty of having to find, vet/interview and hire multiple contractors and then oversee all the work, while taking care of normal everyday life.
Renae is new to the Rocking J team but she is already making huge strides in customer relations, as well as organizing company workflow! She facilitates communication between customers and the project crew members, keeping everyone in-line and on-track.
She is the friendly voice you hear on the line when you pick up the phone for one of our follow up calls. Like Jay, Renae is committed to providing exceptional customer service and answering all questions each client has. We are here to handle all your roof repair, fence repair, and disaster restoration needs!
