MASS

MANAVA ADHIKAR SEVA SAMITI (MASS), a non-profit, non-political, non-religious & non-governmental community-based organization was established in 1987 by a group of dedicated youth from Sambalpur University in Odisha state, India, for the development of underserved communities. MASS got its legal entity in the year 1988 by registering under the Societies Registration Act of XXI 1860 and transformed into a non- governmental organization with the mandate of empowering the marginalized sections of the society to attain dignified quality life with an ultimate goal of self-reliance approach... MASS is a non-governmental, non-profit making, apolitical secular development organization initiated by a group of Sociology & Anthropology students from the Sambalpur University in Odisha, India and later on joined by professionals from other backgrounds as well, working for the development of the downtrodden of Western Belt of Odisha .
