We are a non-partisan association owned by our members, independent of labor market organizations. Our members include the entire spectrum of Finnish society, from small workshops and communities to large international corporations. We were founded over 100 years ago to promote Finnish work and industry and to raise pride in domestic expertise. We still believe that work unites people and builds a strong, vibrant society.
