All dietitians practising for My Health On Track are Australian Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) and are members of the dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). They have completed a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent... We believe in whole food nutrition therapy, the importance of unprocessed grass fed foods, the need for vitamins and mineral therapy, and the inclusion of therapeutic herbs and spices that can assist our body to wellness... Mayhealthontrack Dietitians are available in South Australia, and Queensland, working with individuals to provide personalised weight, health and lifestyle assessments, menu planning and and wellness and nutritional support. In addition, Myhealthontrack offer personalised dietititian consulting services providing you with the most up to date nutritional knowledge.
