JCD-NIMZ is a unique public-private partnership between IDCO and Industries supported by Government of India & Government of Orissa. JCD-NIMZ has been formed with the objective of undertaking infrastructure development of Steel & Metallurgical Cluster, Jajpur under Industrial Infrastructure Up-gradation Scheme of the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Government of India... The National Investment and Manufacturing Zones (NIMZs) will be developed as an integrated industrial townships with state-of-the art infrastructure and land use on the basis of zoning; to provide a productive environment for transitioning from the primary to the secondary and tertiary sector, in accordance with clean and energy efficient technology supported by required social infrastructure and skill development facilities for participating in growth of GDP of the country.
