He has handled several assignments related to raising finance, Restructuring and Valuation. He is a passionate finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy, etc. and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the company.
He has gained knowledge in the field of Partnership Registration & Change in Constitution related matters. He renders advisory, planning and compliance services for Income Tax, Service Tax, Sales Tax and Other Taxes.
Mr. Vinay Jain, has experience in the field of Service Tax, Excise, Custom. He renders advisory, planning and compliance services for Corporate on service tax matters. He has also carried out assignments related to Due Diligence & vetting of Service Tax matters.
Mr. Vikas Jain, a qualified Chartered Accountant and A Company Secretary have experience in rendering services in the area of Internal Audits and Tax Audits. He also has expertise knowledge of ROC matters. He is involved in planning & consultancy for Direct/Indirect Taxation.
