Puleo Electronics Inc. was founded in New York by Rosario Puleo in 1968. It has since grown into a global company with customers and affiliates worldwide... In 1968, Rosario Puleo, a first generation American, born in Brooklyn NY, founded a manufacturing facility to service the new generation of satellite communication carriers. These International companies were all headquartered in the Wall Street financial area. Customers included: Western Union International, ITT international, RCA Global Satellite, AMSAT, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Puleo began to manufacture custom Alarm reporting and monitoring systems to monitor the health of these growing communication networks.
