Over the past 40 years, Mr. John Hsuan has dedicated his efforts toward the growth and innovation of Taiwan's semiconductor industry. He founded and co-founded over one hundred companies, dozens of which have been successfully listed on major exchanges or OTC. Mr. Hsuan currently serves as chairman of a number of venture capital and biotech companies. He is also the president of Trans Regional Biotechnology Association, which promotes cross-strait collaboration and development within the biotechnology industry. Mr. Hsuan holds a BSEE degree, distinguished alumnus status and honorary doctorate from National Chiao Tung University.

Mr. Yogi Hsuan has backgrounds in both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. After obtaining the acupuncture license and become an experienced practicing physician and acupuncturist in CA, USA, he studied in clinical medicine in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, majoring in kidney rheumatism. He has years of clinical experiences in hospitals in Shanghai with a qualification of medical practitioner. As a doctor, and now a manager of a biotech company, Mr. Yogi Hsuan combines his expertise in medicine and biotechnology to contribute to the development of stem cell industry. He explores the regenerative potential of stem cells, trying to use them to ameliorate diseases of nervous systems, such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson's disease. Mr. Hsuan strongly believes stem cell technologies are able to break through the bottleneck of current medicine and redefine the health of mankind.
