Hipworks work with ALL sports because we DO NOT train specifically for sport, but the performance required to be great in a sport. We train biomechanics in regards to running efficiency for speed, as well as agility, conditioning, core strength, flexibility, mobility, power and explosion... Our strength and conditioning area, which includes weights and a variety of strength and resistance training systems is just off the Turf and allows for a complete training environment for circuit and sport-specific workouts. Access to this area requires a Campus coach or certified instructor to be present... At The Campus, we support the whole athlete. Our advanced academic athletics programs are designed to build champions both in the classroom on the field
