Craig has 18 years of search experience exclusively focused in HR. He spent the first 12 years with The Jacob Group, a multi-practice search firm located in Dallas. For 10 of those years he headed up the HR Practice, managing a team of Account Executives and Recruiters. He built strong relationships with top HR companies such as Honeywell, Shell Oil and Ingersoll-Rand. In 2009 Craig left The Jacob Group to open his own search firm, Guidry & Associates. G&A was founded with the mission to help progressive companies recruit, hire and retain top HR talent. Craig graduated from LSU with a degree in Marketing. He is lives in Carrollton, TX with his wife and two sons.
