You will need to perform a clean Windows reset, first by ensuring all data local to the PC is backed up in the cloud or an external hard drive. Once the device is reset (not just rebooted) the software will no longer be installed. Then the data can be restored from its cloud instance... As planned and announced in 2023, the Company has shut down operations effective April 15, 2024.
