Asma Fayyad

Burhaan Khan

Burhaan established 21HealthStreet after working as a management consultant for 15 years. He has worked for two of the Big 4 consultancies and has also worked as the Director of Strategy for a healthcare provider. Burhaan previously worked in the UK NHS and has 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector with experience of delivering assignments in Egypt, Jordan, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. Burhaan's expertise is derived from the extensive range of strategic and operational assignments that he has delivered. Ian is Effect Advisory International's Director General and is based in Dammam. He has over 25 years experience in both the public and private sector railway businesses including freight and passenger operations, strategy, infrastructure management and regulation & institutions. Included in this is 3 years serving as Senior Advisor to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Railways Commission where he was responsible for economic regulation and licence condition monitoring. He is a multi-skilled expert with a proven track record in improving efficiency, benchmarking, promoting interoperability, developing corporate business plans, restructuring internal business sectors, appraising investments & railway acquisitions, devising and implementing strategies as well as guiding and advising railway businesses. He has broad international working group experience having been part of the economic evaluation team of the AEIF (the pan European body responsible for devising the Technical Specifications for Interoperability) and led Network Rail's contribution to the UIC's infrastructure benchmarking project. Previous employers include English, Welsh & Scottish Railway/DB Schenker UK and British Rail.
