Biography John Kim is a litigator with significant jury and bench trial experience in both Federal and State courts as well as private arbitrations. Mr. Kim's practice areas involve insolvency/bankruptcy, governmental affairs, banking, real estate, employment, construction defect, telecommunications, D&O litigation, and corporate/shareholder disputes. Mr. Kim has represented government agencies, bankruptcy trustees, private companies of all sizes, high net worth individuals and law firms. Prior to joining Brower Law Group, Mr. Kim was an equity partner at a national firm based in Los Angeles and also had his own firm. Mr. Kim has been selected a Super Lawyer from 2014 - 2023. Biography Lee Fink is seasoned litigator and former senior government attorney with more than twenty years of representing clients in complex matters, high-stakes litigation, and government investigations. In private practice, Mr. Fink has represented fortune 100 companies and small businesses, major motion picture studios and start-up technology companies, and Big Four accounting firms, individuals, and whistle-blowers. Mr. Fink's practice focuses on business litigation, employment disputes, and trust litigation. As a senior government official, Mr. Fink has represented members of the President's cabinet and has overseen the legal offices of multi-billion-dollar agencies. Mr. Fink is equally proficient at representing plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Brower Law Group, Mr. Fink was counsel at an elite litigation boutique in Costa Mesa and started his career as an associate and counsel at an AmLaw 20 firm in Los Angeles. In the public sector, Mr. Fink served as the Principal Deputy General Counsel at the United States Department of Agriculture, and the Deputy General Counsel at the Orange County Employees Retirement System.

Steven Brower is an award-winning trial lawyer and appellate advocate with more than forty years of experience in high profile business litigation and insurance coverage disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice involves all types of civil litigation with particular emphasis on insurance coverage (primarily for policyholders), computer technology (including software failures, e-discovery consulting and finding "John Doe" on the internet), intellectual property, trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud, libel and professional liability (malpractice). He has been lead counsel on multiple jury trials (including 5 jury trials in just 5 months in 2019), multiple bench trials, arbitrations, over 400 mediations, and appeals (some published) in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to founding the Brower Law Group in 2018, Mr. Brower was a partner at Buchalter for more than 10 years, and previously worked at several other major law firms. Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Brower was a journalist and a computer programmer, and was the first non-scientist to have regular use of the internet.

Biography Tae J. Im is a seasoned litigator with more than thirty years of experience in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level. Mr. Im's primary practice area is insurance coverage on behalf of insureds, but he has also handled a large variety of civil matters and has been appointed as independent counsel by insurers. Mr. Im has worked on a wide range of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, business property, directors and officers, cyber liability, cyber crime, employment liability, employment benefits, professional liability, fiduciary liability, homeowners, auto, uninsured/underinsurance motorist, workers' compensation, life, disability, accidental death, inland marine and jewelers block. Mr. Im has represented individuals and companies of all sizes. Prior to joining Brower Law Group, Mr. Im worked for over twelve years representing insurance companies and represented insureds for over sixteen years. Mr. Im lives in Orange County with his wife, two of their four children and a cat. Mr. Im enjoys traveling, classical music and numismatics.
