Aleisha is a Gympie local and has been for the most part of 17 years. Aleisha hails from a background in retail and has spent a great deal of her time in Gympie working with and forming close relationships with members of the Gympie community. Aleisha is very excited to be joining the Alchemy in Motion team, learning new skills and furthering her interactions with the wonderful community of Gympie. In her spare time Aleisha enjoys being with her children and friends, behind the camera capturing portraits at sunset or relaxing by the water.
Alice has worked throughout both the public and private hospital setting at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane where she covered various clinical caseloads including oncology & haematology, obstetrics and women's health, paediatrics, medical and surgical and critical care in ICU, CCU and PICU.
Alice entered into private practice on the Sunshine Coast to further establish her skills and knowledge in the area of women's health, obstetrics and pelvic floor dysfunction. Alice enjoys the professional creativity and freedom that comes with private practice and loves creating new services and programmes for clients to benefit from.
Alice is now the sole director of Alchemy in Motion which is a physiotherapy, movement and wellness clinic in Noosa. Alchemy's mission for each and every client is to achieve "Life Fulfilment through Mind-Body Integration". The team at Alchemy achieve this though our vision to "Isolate, Integrate and Liberate" our clients - identifying not only the root cause of pain and sub-optimal functioning, but integrating efficient motion, making way for a sense of liberation and freedom.
She enjoys the balance of working on and in her business and prides herself on providing clients with a high level of care while forever seeking out the next professional development opportunity.

Amy started out her career working in emergency services as an Advanced Care Paramedic. After several years working in public health care system, she returned to university to follow her passion and study her Master of Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland. Her drive has been to help people rehabilitate from injury, empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential and improve their quality of life. Amy enjoys working with both the paediatric and adult population and over the last two years has been working with children and their families at the Queensland Children's Hospital. It was here she covered various clinical caseloads such as orthopaedics, musculoskeletal clinic, respiratory, infant developmental clinic, specialty outpatients' clinics in orthopaedics such as the spinal clinic and brachial plexus clinic, PICU and most recently rheumatology and oncology.
Amy is entering into private practice on the Sunshine Coast to further establish her skills and knowledge in paediatrics, orthopaedics, musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. Outside of work you will find her at the gym completing strength training, trail/road running and enjoying a good coffee with friends and family. She looks forward to utilising her skills, knowledge, and empathy to make a meaningful impact on the sunshine coast communities, whilst enjoying the beautiful beaches and hinterland that Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Caren is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a special interest in paediatric, maternal and sports nutrition. Caren has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics and Master in Sports Nutrition, and is a current doctoral candidate at University of the Sunshine Coast. She has also completed the postgraduate International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition in Geneva.

Dr Sian Hebron is a Specialist General Practitioner with over two decades of experience, particularly focusing on Menopause and Women's health.
She is a graduate of the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in London (the first medical school established for women) before making Australia her home in 1992.
Initially working in Hospitals in NSW and Queensland, completing her specialist GP training in 2000.
Dr Hebron is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society reflecting her commitment to supporting women through all stages of midlife.
Beyond her professional life, Dr Hebron is a proud mother of two daughters. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, fostering curiosity and exploring the wonders of the world. Her love of adventure and staying active inspires both her practice and personal life, embodying the belief that life's journey is best embraced with vitality and a sense of wonder.
Grace is a physiotherapist with a keen interest in women's and pelvic health. She has worked in private practices in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, working both in women's health and treating musculoskeletal conditions. She has completed additional training and professional development in assessing and treating women's health and pelvic floor conditions. She also has a passion for exercise rehabilitation through both Pilates-based exercise and hydrotherapy.
Kate completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters in Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2014. Kate's passion for physiotherapy stems from her love of being physically fit and active and appreciates that her job allows her to help people regain or maintain their function and mobility.
Since graduating Kate has worked in Melbourne in private practice, as well as with sporting teams focusing on injury prevention and management. Kate has worked with a number of Australian Rules Football teams. She was head physiotherapist for the Western Bulldogs VFLW team in 2018. With a keen interest in the biomechanics of the body and sporting injuries, in particular those of the lower limb Kate enjoys finding the cause of people's pain and developing an appropriate management plan focusing on this.
Kate has a strong commitment to providing patients with the most optimal care that she can give. She has completed further training in Clinical Pilates and has undergone training with Dance Medicine Australia. She enjoys conducting small group strength and conditioning and Clinical Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions tailored to patient's individual needs. Dry needling is used often within Kate's practice. She has completed professional development in dry needling.
After spending last year travelling the world with her fiancé before returning to Australia to settle in the Sunshine Coast. Kate loves being outdoors in nature and enjoys running, long beach walks and coffee.

Mel comes to us with a wealth of life and work experience, including a long background in the early childhood profession. She has spent the majority of the past 30 years working as an early childhood teacher and manager after completing her Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, NSW in 1993.
Her early childhood experience covers a range of early childhood services in both NSW and QLD, working within differing regulatory systems in roles such as; teaching, child development officer and directing in preschools and long day care services,
In the health and wellness realm, Mel has spent time working for Quality Practice Accreditation as a Quality Accreditation Manager while raising her then young family and living in rural NSW. She is also a self published author of two books in the subject area of young children, families and additive free foods.
Mel has a keen interest in health and wellness with as a strong belief in the importance of listening to your body's needs through a holistic approach to care and treatment. She places high value on the importance of creating an environment that is professional and supportive as well as calm and nurturing, underpinned by authentic connections, acceptance and respect for all individuals.
Olya completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy studies in 2006 at the University of South Australia and swiftly left for sunny Queensland to start her first job in private practice and fulfil her dream of living on the beach and learning to surf!
She has since then moved around Australia many times, living and working in Bundaberg, Warrnambool Victoria, and regional South Australia in both public and private hospitals and private practice in many fields, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, general and cardiac rehabilitation and women's health, before taking some time to travel overseas and spending some time back in her birth land in Russia.
Since coming back to Australia in 2011 Olya has been living in regional South East Queensland, starting her first solo private practise called Holistic Physiotherapy in a little town called Millmerran, and moving to Pittsworth a few years later to continue her private practice and take on a contract to care for her many ‘adopted grandparents' at a local retirement village.
Olya has 3 young daughters, who undoubtedly continue to be her biggest life teachers and have ignited her passion for caring for women transitioning their motherhood journey. It is through her own motherhood challenges of navigating post natal burnout and caring for her youngest daughter through a cleft palate repair journey that she found herself of the path of yoga and the mind-body-spirit connection, and has not looked back, obtaining her yoga teacher training qualifications in 2015 and teaching classes in the community ever since.
Olya integrates her holistic approach and deep compassion for women and men of all ages and walks of life through her work, teaching people to reconnect their mind, body and soul and regain their sense of wellness and freedom from pain through established and emerging evidence-based practice techniques.
Olya is currently undergoing further postgraduate training in women's health and pelvic floor care in addition to internal professional development and training at Alchemy to ensure that she is providing a high level of evidence-based care for her patients.
When not working, you'll find Olya with her family at the beach or out in nature, gardening, hiking, studying traditional Ayurvedic medicine, cooking up a storm or joining a local dance event.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Cumbria with honours in Physiotherapy in 2016. Rebecca went on to further her study and experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has been working exclusively in this area since early on in her career. She has a range of experience in both private practices and in the National Health Service in the UK.
In her role as a Senior Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the public hospitals in the UK, she treated and managed post-operative elective orthopaedic and trauma patients. Bec also has a vast range of experience working alongside sporting teams, primarily Rugby Union, where she is currently the Lead Physio with the Cyprus Rugby Union team and travels internationally to support them.

Sarah is a passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with 18 years of experience in the field.
Having worked in allied health clinics for over 10 years, Terri has lots of experience as a receptionist & admin assistant. She is committed to ensuring you have a supportive, caring and personal experience at Alchemy in Motion and very much looks forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
With a special interest in holistic health and wellbeing, Terri is also a yoga teacher and facilitator of women's circles, online and in person events that essentially inspire and guide participants to greater self connection, authenticity and truth.
Originally from country Victoria, Terri and her family, husband and three teenage boys, have been here on the Sunshine Coast for over 8 years and love the lifestyle that coastal living offers - sun, surf, sand and coffee!
