Twin City Roofing was established in 1927 by B.J. "Bud" Williams. The company was first located in Fargo-Moorhead, and was later moved to Wahpeton-Breckenridge. O.L. "Hoot" Harr began working for Williams in 1951. The company then established an operation in the Mandan-Bismarck area where the company headquarters is now located. In the late 1960's a warehouse was built in Dickinson to better serve the customers in the western portion of the service area... Twin City Roofing has been serving North Dakota and surrounding areas since 1927.
