Tumpuan Megah Development Sdn Bhd ("TMD") was established in 2007, and we are principally involved in the provision of ship to ship bunkering services as well as barging operations. In 2007, TMD was granted a license under the Petroleum Development Act ("PDA license") by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism, and Johor Port Authority to operate at Johor/Pasir Gudang Port and Tanjung Pelepas Port respectively... TMD owns and operates fifteen (15) licensed vessels that comply with health, safety and environmental standards, ranging from 500 to 7820 DWT. These vessels operate in inner and outer port limits of various seaports in Malaysia.
