PEPPY HEATING & COOLING

Our first experience with Peppy was in 2018, our HVAC system was over 20 years old and I wanted to have it inspected. Brett came out and checked the system, he said that it was old but that it was working as efficiently as it could. He gave us an estimate with several options for replacement, they seemed very reasonable. He also took the time to fully explain the benefits of every option that he was offering so we were able to make an informed decision. With his encouragement we decided to run our system a little longer and ended up just having him clean our ducting system which he did, it took him all day, but he did an excellent job and charged what I thought was a very fair price. In 2020 we decided it was time to install a more efficient system and after having such a positive experience with Brett in the past we decided to have Peppy install a new home HVAC system, it has performed flawlessly since then.
