RW GATHERING

RW Gathering (RWG) operates natural gas gathering systems in Derry Township, Westmoreland County; Cooper Township, Clearfield County; and Snowshoe Township, Centre County. RWG's pipelines collect natural gas from wells and transports it to compressor stations where it is processed and delivered to downstream pipelines. XPR Resources is the managing partner for RW Gathering.
