Grannymac's Irish Cream is a recipe from my mother from 2nd World War Northern Ireland, which we serve at The Red Stag as our "much better than Baileys" Liqueur. It can also be incorporated in our McCarthy's Irish Cream Coffee. You can now take home your very own bottle. Just add 8oz. of your favorite Irish Whiskey, shake and serve!
