Dr Oduntan has over 30 years of experience in the Nigerian poultry industry and is currently the Group Managing Director of Amo Farms. He is also the Chairman/Managing Director of Raw Material and Commodities Nig. Ltd and Seabless Fishing Company.
He has worked in Pfizer Livestock Feeds Ltd and SEEPC Nigeria Ltd where he held several management positions. He is the National President of the Poultry Association of Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria Veterinary Medical Association.
He graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State 1990. He attended a Harvard Business School Agric-business seminar as a student and as a protagonist with his companies being joint subjects for the Case Study.
Bakare Edeki - CEO, Managing Director
Mr. Edeki Bakare is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited. Before this appointment, he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Bank from 2017 when he joined the Bank's management team. Prior to joining Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited, he was the Group Chief Accountant at Diamond Crest Group where he was responsible for the accounting function of the four (4) subsidiaries in the group. He began his banking career with Access Bank PLC in 2009 and rose through the ranks to the position of a Head of Operations within three (3) years before joining Accion Microfinance Bank Limited as an Internal Control/Compliance supervisor.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN). He is an award-winning Certified Microfinance Practitioner (MCP) by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and holds a Proficiency Certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.
He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accountancy from University of Benin, an M.Sc. in Accountancy from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

Mr Anthony Owuye graduated from Liverpool John Moore University, UK with a degree in Economics and Accountancy. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Nigeria lnstitute of Management (NIM). He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
He has some 40 years' experience in the banking industry having started his career with Thomas Cooks Bankers Ltd in the United Kingdom in 1975. He is a pioneer management staff of Credit Lyonnais Nigeria Limited, later known as Capital Bank International Limited. He also worked for the French Banking Group Credit Lyonnais S.A. in the United Kingdom and First Bank of Nigeria Plc where he rose to management position. He is former Managing Director and C.E.O. of Personal Trust Savings & Loans Ltd, now Personal Trust MFB Ltd.
Mr Peter Iwegbu has over 20 years' experience in delivery of Technology with over 10 years at the senior level. He has successfully managed different IT and electronic payment projects and integrations that have transformed the landscape of electronic banking in Nigeria.
He started his banking career in 1990 at Icon Merchant Bank Limited. He is currently the Partner with PN Consulting. Prior to this he was a General Manager with Access Bank Plc and the Group Head, E-Channels Services for Access Bank Plc. He was the Divisional Head, Technology Services, STB Ghana Limited; Executive Director/ Chief Operating Officer of Verticom Wireless Limited (a subsidiary of STB) and Divisional Head, Information Technology of Standard Trust Bank Plc.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration degree from the prestigious Lagos Business School of the PAN Atlantic University, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science from University of Lagos. He also attended Harvard Business School and is one of the few HBS certified IT professionals in Nigeria. He is an Honorary Fellow of Charted Institute of Bankers (HCIB).
