Brian has been with CNC Software since 1986. He serves the company as brand ambassador and works as an advocate for manufacturing worldwide. Previously, in the role of Executive Vice President, he was responsible for managing growth, development, and health of the business by identifying needs and motivating staff. Brian holds an AS in Software Engineering from Hartford State Tech and is actively involved in many organizations within Glastonbury, CT, where he resides with his wife. Brian enjoys spending time with his two children, being outdoors, biking, hiking, skiing, and wine making.

Dave joined the company in 2010 as Product Manager for Mastercam Mill-Turn and was subsequently appointed Product Director in 2012. Dave has more than 30 years of experience in the CAD/CAM industry, previously holding senior development, product, and marketing roles with a CAD/CAM vendor in the United Kingdom. He is responsible for Product, Technical Services, and Post Processor teams at CNC Software, Inc. Dave resides in Tolland, CT, with his wife and son.

Geoff joined the company in 2002 as a Business System Developer and has held positions as Business System Manager and Director of Information Technology during his tenure. As COO, Geoff is responsible for overseeing business operations and systems, information technology, and data analytics. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut. Geoff enjoys being outdoors, volunteering, travelling, and being with friends and family.

Laura joined the company in 2014 as the Executive Liaison. Laura has more than 10 years of experience working with executive teams in the manufacturing and engineering industries. She studied Business and Economics at the University of Maine and is an active member of the national Women in Manufacturing association. Laura oversees Human Resources, Administrative Services, and release planning at CNC Software. She resides in Willington, CT, with her husband and three daughters.
Meghan earned her BS in Business from Bentley College and an MBA in Management from Hawaii Pacific University. She grew up around CAD/CAM, gaining valuable job experience inside and outside of the manufacturing industry before officially joining CNC Software in 2009, as Operations Manager. In 2014, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers named Meghan one of the "30 Under 30 Future Leaders of Manufacturing." In 2015, she was named President of CNC Software. Meghan resides in Tolland, CT, with her husband and two children.
Rich joined the company in 2004 as a Business System Developer and has held positions as Business System Manager, Corporate Controller, and Chief Operation Officer during his tenure. As CFO, Rich is responsible for overseeing financial systems and business operations. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Hartford and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Rich resides in New Hampshire with his wife Laura, also an employee of CNC Software.

Russ joined the company in 2010 as a User Experience Specialist. His prior experience includes work in various design and management roles in both the digital and physical product landscapes. At CNC Software, Russ created the company's User Experience department, driving product enhancement for improved customer satisfaction. He also formed the Creative Services department, a cross-functional team of writers, designers, developers, trainers, and language experts creating top-tier CAD/CAM solutions for a global user base.
Sandy joined the company in 2015 as the European Territory Manager. He has more than 35 years of experience in the CAD/CAM industry, during which time he has held a wide range of roles in applications, sales, and marketing. Sandy graduated from Warwick University with an MSc in Engineering. At CNC Software, he is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Education and Applications Engineering. Sandy resides in the United Kingdom with his wife and children.
