John R. Halasz, Chief Investment Officer, has been serving clients in the financial industry since 1997. Specializing in strategy, asset allocation, and money management services, John assists clients at Marche Wealth in solving a variety of financial problems. Having obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree in business, John went on to become a small business owner before starting his financial services career with Morgan Stanley. Holding Series 7, 63, 65, 31, and insurance securities licenses, John is passionate about helping his clients achieve their dream of financial security. As a former professional soccer player, it's no surprise that John's personal hero is the retired Brazilian pro, Pelé. Citing his perseverance and strong work ethic, John admires Pelé for surmounting the odds and doing whatever it took to reach his goals. Combining his love for the sport and his passion for helping others, John volunteers his free time coaching youth soccer. Outside of the office, John enjoys playing and coaching soccer, spending time with his family, and investing in real estate.

Specializing in client service, organization, and task management, Victoria is an integral part of the firm and an invaluable resource to her clients. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in rehab therapy, Victoria went on to earn her Master's of Science in Neurology as well as her APMA. Entering into the financial services industry in the late eighties, Victoria now holds Series 7, 63, and Life & Health securities licenses. A proud mom, Victoria values the time she is able to spend with her daughter. Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys biking, traveling, attending the theatre, and dining out.
