LADYBIRDS NETBALL CLUB

The Ladybirds Netball Club was formed in 1972 by John and Robyn Dunn, along with Kay Pugsley. Games were originally played at courts located at Bice Oval, Christie's Beach from 1974 through to 1976. In 1976 the Southern United Netball Association (SUNA) was formed. From 1976 to 1978 games were played at courts at Jordan Drive in Morphett Vale, before moving to the current location on Sports Park Drive in 1978. Ladybirds joined SUNA in 1976, taking out multiple premierships in the 1976/1977 summer season competition... Ladybirds are a family-friendly netball club based at the Southern United Netball Association at Wilfred Taylor Reserve just off States Road Morphett Vale. Established in 1972, the club caters for all abilities and ages, fielding teams from U9's to seniors. We pride ourselves on quality coaching, good sportsmanship and team camaraderie... Our club values friendship, community spirit, teamwork and respect towards all members - from our volunteers to our umpires, parents..
