LAFOSSE NEUROPSYCHOLOGY

In addition to his clinical practice and university teaching, Dr. Lafosse is an active clinical scientist who has published in the top scientific journals in neuropsychology, and served as a reviewer for several of these same journals. He has served on the Education Committee of the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado, the Medical-Scientific Committee of the Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter, and the Diversity Committee of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. He was invited to participate as an expert in the 2008 Diversity Summit at the International Neuropsychological Society conference, which addressed challenges in the assessment of ethnic minorities. Dr. Lafosse has presented on Guardianship and Conservatorship to the Colorado Bar Association, and has given talks at national conferences such as the American Psychological Association and the American Psychiatric Association. In 2019, he had the honor of serving as Moderator for a paper session on adult traumatic brain..
