Jaye has served Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations with significant international operations as well as multistate and local tax compliance.
With over 25 years of experience as a tax professional, Jennifer understands the critical complexities of tax planning and the importance of the role of a proactive advisor. Jennifer has extensive experience in real estate, hospitality, senior living, and construction as well as a wide range of other industries. In addition to advising business owners, Jennifer has worked with high net worth individuals in managing the tax impact of investments and the alternative minimum tax. From the simplest to the most complex individual return, Jennifer has provided sound tax advice and strategic planning to her clients.
As a Principal at a large local firm, Jennifer was the recognized technical expert in Partnership Taxation. Additionally, Jennifer has served on the AICPA Technical Resource Panel for Partnerships (2012-2015). Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Washington State University and a Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Jennifer is a member of the Accounting Advisory Board for Washington State University's Carson College of Business and the Golden Gate University School of Taxation Advisory Panel. Jennifer is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.
