HUB CITY RAILROAD MUSEUM

The Hub City Railroad Museum is located in the former Southern Railways Depot. It showcases history of Spartanburg's railroads and two major industries, textiles and peaches. Come and visit the Hub City Railroad Museum, a project of the Greenville Chapter, National Railway Historical Society. The museum showcases the important railroad history of this Hub City of the upstate -Spartanburg, SC. The history of the area from summertime peaches, to textile mills, to the railroad car shops is woven together with the history of Spartanburg... The Carolina Railroad Heritage Association is a <501(c)(3)> not for profit local association of approximately eighty members who enjoy railroads and railroad history. The CRHA is currently meeting the third Friday of each month in Fountain Inn, SC at 7:00 pm.
