FENIMORE ART MUSEUM

Fenimore Art Museum is offering a unique opportunity for two internships for college students interested in art who enjoy interacting with the public. In this position, interns will conduct hands-on activities with visitors related to artwork in our exhibitions with a special focus on Banksy's "Haight Street Rat." Interns will be stationed at our Art Cart within the gallery, greeting visitors and discussing Banksy and subversiveness in art. Exhibition Experts will also provide scheduled mini guided tours. Shifts are four to five hours per day during the peak hours of operation at Fenimore Art Museum. Availability between Wednesdays and Sundays required. Candidates should have an interest in the arts and should be comfortable talking and interacting with others.
