BRISBANE TABLE TENNIS - Key Persons
Bob Hayes is an experienced Level 1 Coach and has been coaching at BTTA for over 50 years.
Bruno Levis is a table tennis coaching professional and player of the highest order. Since arriving in Australia in 2010 and settling in Brisbane, Bruno has cemented himself as the pre-eminent coach in Queensland, particularly amongst its top junior players.
Daniel is regularly involved in the BTTA and TTQ Community as a coach, player and general nuisance.
David has been playing social and competition table tennis for almost 50 years.
Francis has played table tennis since the age of 5 and first joined the BTTA in the late eighties. He is a keen fixtures player and has been one of our top players in our Tuesday fixtures for many years.
Frank is a TOPS Level coach with several year's experience, and a qualified State Umpire.
Jim is well known around the Brisbane Table Tennis club, and has been playing for over 50 years.
Table tennis coach with 4 years of experience in beginner and training players. Qualified to develop specific training plans to improve skills and techniques from a basic level to an advanced level.
Jutta is a keen social and competitive table tennis player, and is BTTA's President for 2024.
Kim is currently a Level 1 Accredited Coach with 3 years experience coaching players with an Intellectual Disability at the Brisbane Table Tennis Centre.
Mateo is a former world class junior table tennis junior champion and is a Level 2 qualified coach. Mateo is one of the most successful junior players to have emerged from the Brisbane Table Tennis Association and has represented Australia and Queensland on numerous occasions.
Michael is the Chair of the Tournament Committee, and Tuesday night controller. Michael was honoured with a Silver Volunteer Award (10 years of service) from TTQ recently.
Mike has been playing table tennis since the early 1970s and has represented Queensland at the Veterans level for the past 3 years. As well as being on the Council, he is currently one of the night controllers.
Rabi has been playing table tennis since 1973 first in India and then in Australia since 1982.
Bek is a table tennis coach with many years of coaching experience, who has reached great heights as a player too!
Robert started playing when he could reach the table, but only in recent years discovered a great passion for the sport. He is BTTA's Treasurer for 2024;.
Vinnie is a regular player at BTTA, and is always thinking of the best ways to grow our club and make it a home for players from all backgrounds.
