Alonya grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona where she pursued medical assistant training while still in high school and graduated from both simultaneously in 2012. Over the next few years, she worked with doctors in a family clinic in Wyoming as well as with a number of medical specialists in Cardiology, Pediatrics, OB, and Occupational Medicine. Alonya lives in Elko, NV and has been with the clinic since it opened in 2014. Alonya also enjoys hiking, walking, and swimming in her free time.
Andriana Sandoval's duties as an A+ Medical Assistant involve answering phone calls and assisting with patient documentation and administering procedures like injections, blood draws and lab work, vital signs and temperature checks among other tasks. Andriana also serves in the Army National Guard offering her range of medical skills where needed from basic military first aid to emergency situations in the field. When off duty, Andriana enjoys her free time playing softball, basketball and working out.
Dr. Rodney Billington, ND, is a native of Elko and has worked in both IV Therapy and Testosterone Replacement Therapy clinics in Portland, OR, after graduating from naturopathic medical school at the National University of Natural Medicine. He is excited to offer these treatments to his hometown community. His naturopathic medical education includes areas of study not covered in conventional medical school while including training in the same biomedical and diagnostic sciences as MDs and DOs. Dr. Rodney works closely with Dr. Karen Wright, MD to offer well-rounded treatments for his patients. , graduated from the University of Utah before receiving his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada. JB has worked with physicians in various specialties including: general surgery, family practice, orthopedics, pain management, and emergency. For three years he served the communities of Eureka, Austin and Crescent Valley, NV. Outside of work, JB enjoys art and spending time with his wife and children and playing basketball, tennis and golfing.
A+ Medical Assistant, Leslynn Depoali, welcomes customers to our clinic and ensures they have a quality care experience. She assists A+ Providers with gathering vital signs and also assists with running labs and administering other procedures. Leslynn holds an Associate of Science degree and is a Certified Nursing Assistant who is also certified in Basic Life Support. She has prior experience having worked as a radiology technologist assistant and is currently working towards her Associate Degree in Nursing. Leslynn relocated from Reno to Elko and enjoys rodeo in her spare time.
Letiscya Larios-Chacon is a Medical Assistant with A+. Letiscya assists with serving our customers with the check in process, running their insurance information, making appointments, and processing payments among other tasks. She has prior customer service and receptionist skills in the restaurant, gaming, and insurance industries. Letiscya moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to Elko with her 2 young boys and enjoys painting and reading horror novels.
Lori established A+ Total Care in May of 2014, holding the role of owner in coordinating clinic programs, overseeing strategic planning and management, and mentoring the A+ team. Lori has more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry. After graduating from Great Basin College in Elko, NV in 1997, she went to work for the Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital for 17 years, serving the majority of the time as a nurse in their intensive care unit. Lori enjoys family get-togethers, traveling, scuba diving, photography, San Francisco Giants baseball games, hunting, camping, and fishing.
A+ Medical Assistant, Mindy Brown, helps collect information and run the patient lab test required to help our providers diagnose and treat patients. Mindy received her Medical Assisting training through Everest College in Utah and soon after, took a position in Salt Lake City as a chiropractic assistant where she helped with both front desk and back office duties such as scheduling, assisting with therapies and taking x-rays for 8 years. In her spare time, Mindy and her husband, along with their two children, love to venture outdoors and spend time together.

Rebecca Goodspeed is a Certified Physician Assistant who served in the US Air Force for 21 years, 10 of which were as a Physician Assistant. In 2005 she retired from the military and continued her medical career in Boise, ID for 13 years. Rebecca has experience in many facets of medicine including dermatology, emergency medicine, WMD, family and internal medicine, occupational medicine, and urgent care. Rebecca currently resides in Meridian, Idaho with her husband of 33 years and has two grown children and a granddaughter. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and running for fun and spending time with family. She also enjoys travel, quilting and reading in her personal time.

Tiffany Santos, A+ Patient Services Specialist, is responsible for checking our customers in with a friendly smile, answering patient questions and phone calls and verifying coverage eligibility and benefits for patients according to their insurance plans. She also assists with keeping our lobby welcoming and comfortable for customers and our appointment scheduling running smoothly. Tiffany has spent the past few years working at urgent care clinics where she enjoys caring for others. She lives in Elko with her husband and enjoys listening to music and taking family trips to the lake.
