Founded in 2004, CPS Quality specializes in quality control activities with a focus on the automotive industry. Since October 2019, the company is part of the German Formel D Group, a global service provider for quality management and quality assurance to the automotive and component supply industry... Due to the acquisition, we can offer our customers an extended service portfolio, an increased global presence and faster response times, as well as greater flexibility, whilst keeping our high quality standards. Together, CPS Quality and Formel D now have more than 12,000 employees worldwide working in 22 countries... We now operate under the Formel D brand in Romania, Hungary, and Turkey. In France, Belgium, and Morocco we continue to operate under our existing name.
