Aled is the President & Chief Executive of Sauce Labs, and Welsh Government envoy to the United States.
In 2016 he joined global technology company TeleSign Corporation as Chief Executive Officer and board member, leading strategy change and its eventual $250m+ acquisition by a major European company.
Aled has previously served on the executive committee of cyber security giant Symantec, (NASDAQ: SYMC) where he held responsibility for the $2bn global Norton business unit.
Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of Cineflex Camera Systems, overseeing the manufacture of high-end aerial filming systems for television & film. It was used exclusively throughout the landmark BBC Series Planet Earth and Frozen Planet (winning a Technical EMMY) and establishing Cineflex as the industry standard.

Allie Edge began her career in Mid Wales, designing costumes for Theatr Powys and the award-winning Mid Powys Youth Theatre. She originally moved to Cardiff to study, completing a Foundation Course in Art & Design and a BA (Hons) in Theatre Design. Allie has worked at RWCMD since 2001 as well as pursuing a successful freelance career working in theatre, film and television since 1992.
Her most recent work for film has been for RWCMD graduate Tom Cullen in his directorial debut Pink Wall, staring Tatiana Maslany and Jay Duplass.
Expertise
Allie's position at the College involves managing the Costume Department, supervising students working across all productions, maintaining links to the industry for student placements and graduate employment, delivering costume skills and contributing to the development of the BA and MA Design for Performance courses. She is also the External Examiner for the BA and MA Costume courses at the Arts University Bournemouth. Her freelance work includes Costume Design and Styling for TV, film, music videos and commercials as well as theatre and dance.
Amanda started classical harp at the age of six and at sixteen was awarded a specialist scholarship to Wells Cathedral School. She gained her BMus with Caryl Thomas at Cardiff University, and her master's in jazz at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She has since become a freelance harpist all over the world; from recitals in London's Southbank to Jazz festivals in Hamburg, Johannesburg and Belgium to name a few.

Anne Mason studied at the Royal Academy of Music and The National Opera Studio.
She then made her debut with the Royal Opera singing Emilia in Otello and went on to perform several roles for them including Annio La Clemenza di Tito. She has sung various roles with English National Opera, Welsh National Opera, Scottish Opera, English Touring Opera, Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Teatro Real Madrid, Liceu Barcelona, Netherlands Opera, Aix-en Provence Festival, Dresden Semperoper, Opera de Lille, Opera Du Rhin, De Vlaamse Opera, Opera Dijon, and the Aldeburgh Festival.
Expertise
Roles Anne created include The Minsk Woman in Flight for Glyndebourne and The Duchess of York in Richard 111 (Batistelli) for Vlaamse Opéra. The Mother in Metamorphose, Michael Levinas, for Opera de Lille.
Since venturing into the more dramatic repertoire, she has received notable acclaim for her ‘searing accounts' of Kostelnicka in Jenufa, Fricka in The Ring Cycle, Azucena in Il Trovatore. More recently she sang Mrs De Rocher in Dead Man Walking for Welsh National Opera in collaboration with the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Anne has a wide concert and recital repertoire and has worked with LPO, LSO, Halle, Orchestre Picardie under renowed conductors Sir Colin Davis, Bernard Haitink, Arie von Beek Sir John Eliot Gardener to name but a few.
Her recordings include Marcellina in Le Nozze di Figaro (Haitink/EMI), Azucena in Il Trovatore, (Parry/Chandos). Emilia di Liverpool (Chandos), Handel's Amadigi di Gaula for the BBC.
Anne is passionate about teaching the new generation of singers. She believes in training voices based on the Bel Canto principles of beauty of tone, freedom of voice and body. Many of her students are now singing at major opera houses such as The Royal Opera, English National Opera, Welsh National Opera, Opera Holland Park and Glyndebourne.

Charles Owen enjoys an extensive international career performing a wide-ranging repertoire to outstanding critical acclaim. He appears at many major UK venues such as Wigmore Hall, Bridgewater Hall, The Sage and Kings Place. Internationally, he has performed at the Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall in New York, the Brahms Saal in Vienna's Musikverein, the Paris Musée d'Orsay, and the Moscow Conservatoire. His chamber music partners include Julian Rachlin, Chloe Hanslip, Augustin Hadelich and Nicholas Daniel as well as the Vertavo and Takacs Quartets.
Charles Owen is a Professor of Piano at the Guildhall School, Guest Professor at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Co-Artistic Director of London Piano Festival and was appointed Steinway & Sons UK Ambassador in 2016.
