Valley Operators is a small Contract Operations firm specializing in helping small to medium sized communities, developments, districts, and municipalities comply with the complex regulatory requirements associated with drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. In 2010, Valley Operators was founded by Casey Wichert and his wife Lynne. Casey has been a water and wastewater professional in the San Francisco Bay area and San Joaquin Valley since the mid 1990's... Valley Operators currently has ongoing projects in Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Calaveras counties.
