Beverly Bickel

Beverly Bickel is a senior associate at Reif Law Group P.C., focusing on complex business disputes, partnership disputes, elder financial abuse, fraud, false promise, scams including Ponzi schemes, conversion of assets and trust litigation. She began practicing law after a 20-year career as a financial analyst and contract negotiator for both government and private firms. She holds a degree in Economics from University of California, Irvine, did additional study at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and has a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. At Loyola Law School, she was Chief Articles Editor of the International and Comparative Law Journal, and published an article (co-authored with a Loyola Marymount professor) on business regulatory policy and its roots in ancient religious law; the article was later included in the syllabus of "Humanizing Contracts", a University of Colorado seminar, and it is cited in the Research Handbook on International Financial Crime. In her senior year at Loyola Law School, Ms. Bickel served as a judicial intern in federal court for Justice Samuel Bufford. Before joining Reif Law Group P.C., Ms. Bickel worked at a plaintiff-side trial law firm and later at a plaintiff-side employment law firm. She has handled matters in state and federal court, as well as U.S. Tax Court. Ms. Bickel taught deposition workshops for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). She is certified as a commercial arbitrator by the Better Business Bureau. She arbitrated business-related disputes for the Better Business Bureau from 1997 to 2004. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 1996, and also holds membership in the Los Angeles Bar Association. Ms. Bickel's interests, besides practicing law, include 16th and 17th Century literature, poetry, and music.

Marc S. Ehrlich

Marc S. Ehrlich is a principal of Reif Law Group, P.C., a boutique firm comprised of seasoned and accomplished professionals specializing in litigation and trial practice. Rachel Dardashti

Rachel Dardashti represents firms and individuals in complex litigation and business disputes. She regularly represents and advises broker dealers, investment advisors, financial advisors and other securities personnel in securities litigation, arbitrations and regulatory actions before state and federal courts, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") and Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). In addition, she has extensive experience representing investors and investment sponsors in arbitrations and court. Ms. Dardashti has specialized knowledge regarding private placement investments including, tenant in common investments, non-traded real estate investment trusts, promissory notes and Delaware statutory trusts.
