She has made it her mission to be that resource for her clients.
With over 18 years of experience, Candace is prepared to bring her expertise to the table as the insurance industry continues to undergo significant change. She is adept at finding creative ways to solve perceived challenges for both business and personal clients providing an efficient, hassle free experience. She sees it as her role to provide the education needed to make good decisions, and to propose solutions designed to leave no gaps in coverage.
Candace recognizes that the turmoil in the health insurance arena in recent years has left a lot of folks - both employers and retirees, especially anxious and confused. Expect good research and solid answers from Candace if this is one of your areas of need.
Underlining her commitment to others, Candace extends her engagement beyond her work as an Insurance Agent into her community as a member of the Litchfield Rescue Squad. An active First Responder for over 3 years, Candace has gained an even deeper appreciation for the things many often take for granted. Her experience gives her first-hand understanding of the value of good coverage and reinforces her drive to equip clients with adequate protection.
Candace is mother of three, and busy with the crazy years of kid sports and activities when not in the office. Her family enjoys trips to the cabin for lake time, ATV riding, ice-fishing, and typical Minnesotan stuff! When life settles down, an RV trip across the country is on the bucket list, but not just yet.

Serving MidCountry Bank as Chief Financial Officer, Chris leads with an integrity-based straightforward management philosophy. His collaborative approach was crafted over years of experience in the financial industry, coupled with executive leadership in the non-profit sector. Chris has a proven track record of successful change management, growing earnings, revenue and returns, and leading others both strategically and tactically.
Chris graduated in Business with a Finance concentration from the University of St Thomas. He maintains involvement with American Bankers Association and Minnesota Bankers Association.

Jeff Engen brings years of commercial banking expertise and local connections to MidCountry Bank, serving as Market President in Hutchinson. The opportunity to learn about area businesses, their owners and what makes them "tick" has always energized and intrigued Jeff, and he feels privileged to help solve financial challenges, finding new ways to help business thrive.
Jeff has a broad-based banking background, spanning manufacturing, real estate and agricultural lending over his 30 year career. As a local guy who grew up in Litchfield, his understanding of the market, coupled with formal education in finance and economics provides a solid foundation from which to build his business banking recommendations. He and the entire team at Hutchinson will work together to provide exceptional full service support for bank customers.
Community is important to Jeff, so his commitment extends beyond the confines of his office. Jeff is actively engaged as a leader of local youth sports programs, having raised four boys of his own, and has served on board memberships in a variety of civic organizations in McLeod County. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff spends his "me" time with family doing the traditional Minnesotan things - fishing, hunting and camping.

Successful financial solutions are Kurt Egerton's passion. As Chief Credit Officer for MidCountry Bank, he knows understanding the needs of the customer is paramount to achieving success. A financial industry veteran, he possesses exceptional acumen for delivering great customer service. His experience in commercial banking sales and credit has helped him create a quality credit team since assuming the CCO role in 2015, providing exceptional service to all of MidCountry Bank's customers. The credit team's effectiveness comes from Kurt leading the charge to build and implement quality in all processes and procedures. By making decisions based on facts and data, combined with experience and industry knowledge, he leads his team to effective organization and communication to make timely, appropriate decisions. Kyle Wahlin leads the growth and development of the C&I (Commercial and Industrial) and SBA Lending team. With extensive experience in Commercial and Business Banking, Kyle is well versed in the challenges and tactics that can help businesses succeed. Kyle understands that a combination of knowledge and strategy honed over time, and the ability to develop a strong relationship based on trust, opens the door to a healthy consultative partnership.
Personal successes have led Kyle to build high performing teams that are driven to find their individualized winning formulas. Much like his business banking relationships, in his role as Commercial Banking Manager, his mentorship philosophy on strategy and execution is realized by providing the right tools and resources. Kyle views the results and accomplishments of his team as his ultimate achievement.
Kyle carries his passion for coaching into his personal life as well. As an avid sports fan and coach to his children, he has no shortage of outlets for his skills. Kyle has served as a youth sports coach for football, basketball and baseball, Founder and President of Catholic Hoops Squad, and Board Member on Cathedral High School Alumni Association. He also enjoys spending time on the lake and taking as many family vacations as possible.
A graduate of Saint Cloud State University with a degree in finance, Kyle has also completed formal training in Commercial Credit and Transformational Leadership.
Leslie Schultz is an agent you can count on. When it comes to helping clients with insurance coverage, Leslie knows and cares about how important it is to have the proper coverage in place - and is a dependable resource to lean on when things don't go "as planned". With almost 20 years of experience, Leslie brings her expertise to the table as the insurance industry continues to undergo significant changes. She finds creative ways to solve perceived challenges for her clients providing an efficient, hassle-free experience. Leslie strives to provide the education needed to help her clients make the right decisions, and to offer solutions that are tailored to each clients needs leaving no gaps in coverage.
Leslie is the mother of two adult married children and is now enjoying being a first time "GiGi" to her granddaughter. When not in the office she can be found on the golf course or out in her garden. She also enjoys watching her favorite Packer's during football season.
Mark Benzer is passionate about people and helping others. As a result, he fits perfectly into his role as an advocate for folks who want to protect what's important. He listens, learns, and cares. Above all else, he is committed to cultivating meaningful relationships with customers to help them protect their family, belongings, and future.
Implementing comprehensive strategies for customers with a wide range of needs means working together with the customer and the whole MidCountry team. Mark recognizes the importance of explaining proper insurance options so customers can make well informed decisions. His collaborative and tenacious effort to identify first-rate products and services for his customer is what makes Mark a trusted advisor and expert.
Mark is very involved in the community he calls home. As a board member on the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, supporting the businesses in his community is important. In addition, Mark is co-host of the Buffalo Community Podcast and serves in various roles in his church community. His reputation for professionalism and exemplary ethics supports his dedication to helping his customers and community succeed. Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, camping, coaching, and cheering on his children.
As a former first responder, Matt Milner has a strong passion to serve his community and watch out for the best interest of others. Having witnessed unimaginable hardships people have endured, Matt jumped into the Insurance industry with one goal in mind - to help people prepare for potential life changing events by properly insuring themselves and their belongings. When tragedy strikes, it is comforting to know Matt is on your side!
Coupling Matt's 6 years of community service as a first responder with his over 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry, you can rest assured that he is well equipped to help you with your insurance needs. Matt has formed excellent working relationships with the major insurance carriers in the region, and by doing so, his response times to customers are well above average.
Caring, creative, compassionate are just a few personality traits that describe Matt perfectly. They are also a firm foundation to achieve his every day goal - which is to live by the "golden rule" and treat others how he would like to be treated. Whether he treats others well by educating them on their present and future insurance options, or simply guiding clients through the insurance claim process when it is needed; Matt is ready, willing and able to help.
Matt rounds out his call to duty by serving another cause near and dear to his heart - animal rescue, specifically the MN Boston Terrier Rescue organization. Matt has been a volunteer and foster for many years, and has a few lovable "foster fails" that have joined his family. When Matt is not working or volunteering he enjoys spending precious time with his family and friends.
As Chief Risk Officer, Michelle Lejcher oversees enterprise risk management strategy for MidCountry Bank. Over 15 years of experience and industry engagement as an auditor and ERM leader honed a consultative and practical approach with business partners. Michelle earned her Bachelors in Business at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Todd holds an accounting degree from St. John's University and an MBA with emphasis in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University.
