Hayley Phillips qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has been a partner at Bells since 2002.
With over a decade of experience in commercial and residential property work Hayley is committed to delivering well reasoned pragmatic advice and assistance to best enable clients to achieve their goals. Her attention to detail and technical ability serve to facilitate a smooth progression of the most complex of transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Hayley was a local authority lawyer and has extensive experience in dealing with planning and development issues from all angles.

Lindsay Taylor is an Associate Solicitor at Bells reflecting her experience. As a member of the Private Client Department Lindsay provides specialist advice on Wills, Inheritance Tax, Lifetime Planning and Probate, offering a high level of service to all variety of clients.

Martin Russell is the Senior Partner at Bells reflecting his long-established standing at the Firm.

Rika qualified as an Attorney at Law in South Africa in 1998. She moved with her family to England in 2000 and requalified as a Solicitor in January 2003. Since then she has specialised in Wills, Trusts, Estate administration, tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. Rika is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
