Our aim is to engage all of your senses to create an overall enjoyable impression and experience, the sum of the parts being Sia. Everything we do is designed around this principle, from our menus to our design to our basic ethos... In November 2013, owner Tom Eveling set up Cafe Sia , after a full refurbishment of the restaurant, the doors opened in March 2014, with an exciting food and drink menu including delicious wood-fired pizzas that we still serve today. Working closely with Skye Coffee Roasters to provide locally produced coffee, the restaurant flourished providing quality food and drink for both the local community and visitors to Skye from across the globe... With our reputation of providing excellent food and a warm friendly service growing, we wanted to take Café Sia and Siaway further and expand the business.
