At our housing complexes we have a history of serving a population on the east end whose income is under $20,000. Those who have been priced out of the market and forced to move into overcrowded situations or move away from the area completely. Our housing projects are privately owned and run by a volunteer board of directors as well as a management team... Our main office is located at Windmill HDFC (aka Windmill I), 207 Accabonac Road, East Hampton, NY 11937... Our management team has over 40 years' experience in subsidized housing. Gerry and Kathy oversee the day-to-day operations and work closely with staff.
