Philip Brown, Senior Vice President Operations, joined PCEC in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in oil and gas and related industries in large-scale project management and engineering. Prior to joining PCEC, Phil held the position of China Facilities Manager for Anadarko (Kerr-McGee China Petroleum Ltd.) based in Beijing for over 10 years. He was responsible for the design, construction, installation, commissioning, and integrity of Anadarko's fixed and floating offshore facilities. Prior to Anadarko, Phil was based in Aberdeen UK, and held various positions working for Shell and Kerr-McGee in their North Sea operations, including the role of Commissioning Manager for several large offshore floating production units.
