Jim Chadwick is founder and president of Nittany Construction Inc. with special expertise in interior phased remodeling and new construction. Jim and his organization have served scores of national and regional corporations in such diverse areas as retail, supermarket, business, banking, healthcare and office.
His thorough understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, purchasing and construction management has made Jim a trusted construction resource for such market leaders as Market Basket, Stop & Shop, Fresenius Medical Care, Watertown Savings Bank, Walmart, and many others. His special expertise in financial and cash flow analytics ensures Nittany client an enhanced level of cost control.
Jim has over 30 years of expertise managing large commercial jobs, including general contractor on numerous new construction projects. Jim earned a B.S. in Finance from Ithaca College and a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute.
