​Southfield Preservation Works respects this legacy. Our expertise is working with existing structures, whether preserving, restoring, renovating, repairing, or adding to them. Our experience spans the 18th to the 20th centuries, Georgian Colonial through Colonial Revival. Preservation, restoration, new construction, consultation, evaluation, or adaptive re-use, we partner with owners to give old buildings new life... In general, historic house projects -- preservation, restoration, renovation, and additions -- tend to overlap. Often one project morphs into another, as an old restoration project morphs into a kitchen renovation, or a larger house demands a new garage. We do both small one-off projects and larger ones, to accommodate your budget, schedule, needs, and wants.
