PERINTON CHURCHES HOUSING

Perinton Churches Housing, Inc. (PCH) was incorporated in 1970 as a New York State chartered not-for-profit corporation owned by a coalition of fourteen Perinton area churches and Fairport Baptist Homes. The mission of PCH is to provide quality affordable independent housing for low-to-moderate income seniors. The board of directors is composed of one representative from each church and three directors from the Fairport Baptist Homes... PCH initiates and develops affordable housing for seniors through partnership with private enterprises. Funding is accessed through grants and other public and private sources to ensure that the housing will be affordable for targeted low-to-moderate income senior residents.
