ADELINE SOON is a Management Executive with Integrative CSR Consulting Pte Ltd. Adeline's interest in CSR stemmed from her student days when she participated in a Youth Expedition Project in Siem Reap, Cambodia. She has also volunteered with various NPO's, including National Kidney Foundation and Renci, and participated in home visits and fund raising activities. Adeline has a special interest in children and the elderly, and has also been involved in organising events that are related to the social service industry.

DR. TAN BEE WAN is Executive Chairman with Integrative CSR Consulting Pte Ltd. She specialises in executive coaching, fund- raising, leadership and management development of NGOs and CSR Consulting.
Bee Wan was the Executive Director of the Singapore Council of Social Service and the Community Chest of Singapore from 1984 to 1992 and was instrumental in the successful launch and establishment of the Community Chest as a central fund-raising and distribution body for charities in Singapore.
As Chief Executive Officer of Tsao Foundation, she was responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing comprehensive community based care programmes for the elderly, and in advocating issues related to successful ageing.
Bee Wan graduated with a Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore, BA from the Singapore University, and Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA. Her Ph.D. dissertation is titled, "Research Study on the Trends and Patterns of Corporate Giving to Charities in Singapore".

RICK KOH BUCK SONG is CEO of Integrative CSR Consulting Pte Ltd, a consultancy that helps organisations fulfill meaning in their core business as well as corporate social responsibility with a holistic, "blue ocean" approach called "360 CSR". He is also co-founder of the "Ageless in Singapore" social movement for an "ageless society", one that does not place obstacles in the way of older persons from realising their aspirations.
He is a Policy Fellow with the International Longevity Centre, Singapore, and is on the international advisory board of Global Medical Knowledge (GMK), a non-profit corporation in the USA that seeks to bridge the gap in medical knowledge between the developed and developing worlds. In 2011, he authored Living With The End In Mind: A Study Of How To Increase The Quality Of Death In Singapore, a 2011 study for the Lien Foundation on end-of-life care in Singapore, involving interviews with 30 experts in the field.
Previously Head, Public Affairs (Southeast Asia) at Hill & Knowlton, he also headed CSR, where he consulted on communications strategy, public engagement and branding for corporate clients including Hewlett-Packard, Panasonic, Linde Gas and the Asian Corporate Governance Association regional conference. In the non-profit sector, he has advised organisations including the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, Harvard Singapore Foundation and Tsao Foundation for Successful Ageing.
Rick is the author and editor of more than 20 books on subject including corporate governance, housing policy, economic strategy and heritage. His book Brand Singapore: How Nation Branding Built Asia's Leading Global City (2011) has been translated into Chinese and published in China. He was a journalist and editor at The Straits Times and was, for more than 12 years, a regular columnist on social and political issues and leadership. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from the kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, USA, has taught leadership as an Adjunct Associate Pofessor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and media policy at the Singapore Management University. His public service includes serving on three Censorship Review Committees (CRC), including being Deputy Chairman of the CRC 2010, as well as on the Boards of the Media Development Authority and National Arts Council.

SUSAN NG is a Managing Consultant with Integrative CSR Consulting Pte Ltd. She specialises in organising special events and is a renowned producer-presenter and television presenter with MediaCorp for more than 36 years.
As a Master of Ceremonies, she has emceed numerous major high profile events for the private, public and voluntary welfare/non-profit sectors over the years. As part of her continuing social contributions, Susan provides her emcee services on a voluntary basis to many voluntary welfare and non-profit organisations (including Community Chest, National Council of Social Service, National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, Students Care Service, Society for the Physically Disabled, Red Cross, Salvation Army, Rainbow Centre, Tsao Foundation, amongst others), the annual President's Challenge events and annual Community Chest Awards at the Istana.
Susan has previously owned and operated her own PR and events management company. She has also served as Communications Manager and Marketing Manager with the Community Chest, and Public Relations Manager with The Mandarin Singapore.
Her passion for CSR has grown tremendously through her time at Integrative and she sees herself continuing to be involved in this sector in the future. Adeline graduated from Curtin University with a Marketing degree.
