Danielle Hicks, Ph.D. is the co-owner and President of the Leadership Science Institute, LLC (LSI). She is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and executive leadership coach. She dedicates her time to the science of human behavior and workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations.

Dr. Danielle Hicks is the co-owner and President of the Leadership Science Institute, LLC (LSI). She is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and executive leadership coach. She dedicates her time to the science of human behavior and workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations. At LSI, Dr. Hicks works as the project manager for clients and their various Training & Development programs. She also conducts research, creates curriculum and assessments, facilitates training, speaks to various audiences on workplace issues and solutions, as well as provides coaching and consulting to organizations across the nation.
A 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran, her work in logistics, training, and management led to several Outstanding Unit awards and personal Achievement medals. While stationed in NC, she provided logistics to the F-15 Fighter Jets and deployed with them to various places throughout the nation and the Middle East. Dr. Hicks also spent several years stationed overseas and held the title of Base Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge for RAF Croughton, U.K.
Dr. Hicks completed her education while serving in the AF and later while a stay-at-home mom. She completed two associate degrees in Business Administration & Logistics Management and General Studies. She has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Liberty University, a Master of Science in psychology specializing in Organizational Leadership Development from Capella University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She also has certifications in Applied Neuroscience and Executive Coaching.
Dr. Hicks has a strong sense of civic duty in the community and has sat on several military, veteran, local, and county boards. Some more recent boards she has sat on include a local charter school, a gifted and talented association, and the Boys & Girls Club. She works with local school districts in support of their post-secondary education, helping high school students prepare for professional life in the workforce. Dr. Hicks has also been an adjunct professor at Regis University and Front Range Community College where she taught psychology, psychology labs, and APA requirements to undergraduate students. She is also a member of her local Rotary and American Legion. She resides in Rockwall, TX with her husband and two kids.

Mr. Anderson is the senior international Executive Leadership Coach, CEO and Founder of the Leadership Science Institute, LLC. He is a Certified Master Coach (CMC) and senior executive with equal blend of technical, business, managerial and public sector skills developed during experience with several "Fortune 500" companies and local municipalities. He holds a certificate in Applied Neuroscience. He has extensive experience in helping his clients with leadership coaching and training to develop their professional staffs. He also has the unique ability to help his clients attract, retain, develop and motivate outstanding management and professional leaders.
He was a publicly elected official, holding the positions of City Council Member and County Commissioner for the City and County of Broomfield in the State of Colorado. In addition, Mr. Anderson was an Adjunct Professor in Business and Management at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado.
Wayne is a U.S. Navy veteran.
