Bhaskar is a senior ICT executive with over 2 decades of industry experience in leadership capacity with Tier-1 global system integrators. He is also a practitioner advisor on digital transformation and outsourcing services. In his role, he is responsible for the overall group strategy and growth. He also champions organisational culture and passionate about diversity and equality and volunteers for not-for-profit organizations.
Bhaskar is known for his expertise in leading complex program turnarounds and building customer relationships. His industry experience spans telecom operators, telecom equipment manufacturers, energy & utilities, financial services, retail and public sector.
Prior to joining Alpha IT, he was Senior Vice President for a global technology company and was instrumental in expanding their Australia & NZ business. Bhaskar had delivered over $300 Million enterprise transformation programs in ANZ, Europe, India and in US.

David is a technologist with many years of IT experience working in senior roles for 3 of the 4 major Australian banks along with roles within the AsiaPac region focusing on Information Security Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
An acomplished former CISO, he has delivered on projects such as secure e-voting platforms, digital licencing using public key infrastructure and role based access control (RBAC) enterprise implementation.
David enjoys working with a wide variety of people from different internal organisational units and manifesting controls that reflect workable compromises.

Ron is a strategic adviser who held senior executive roles with Qantas and Ansett/Air NZ in Australia and overseas covering commercial, operational, sales and general management positions.
Ron is a well-respected personality in the aviation sector both in Australia and overseas where his deeper knowledge in the sector is well regarded by top executives of airlines, airports and in the tourism industries.
Besides Qantas and Ansett/Air NZ some of his past roles included Commercial Director Tourism NSW, chair for Airline Operators committee SYD and Tourism Industry Council NSW. He served as a visiting fellow in the school of Aviation, UNSW for 10 years. He is currently a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Recently Ron has been performing the role as senior adviser to number of IT consultancy organisations where his advice resulted in tangible results to the organisations, he served.

He is experienced in managing complex digital delivery, service delivery, project management, test strategies across various domains. He is passionate about agile and continuous improvement. Being part of Alpha IT's leadership team, Venki is responsible for program planning, delivery and delivery assurance.
He also champions organisational culture and passionate about diversity and equality and volunteers for not-for-profit organisations.
Vijay has over more than 2 decades of progressive leadership experience working in various capacities at different locations around the globe. He has managed large workforces and has excelled in the areas of communication, employee recruitment, hiring, developing and mentoring. With his strong people skills, his ability to negotiate and partner have allowed for outstanding accomplishments.
